The Arakan Army (AA) announced yesterday, June 27, hat it has successfully captured three consecutive Military Commission outposts Point 288, Point 188, and Point 148 located in Yegyi Township, Ayeyarwady Region.
According to the statement, Point 288 outpost was captured on June 17, 2026, followed by the seizure of Point 188 outpost on June 19, and Point 148 outpost on June 21.
It is reported that during these clashes to seize the strategic outposts, several bodies of Military Commission troops were found, and a large quantity of weapons, ammunition, and military equipment was seized.
